You are a visionary, thought leader, change maker and a heart centred entrepreneur. You have a BIG vision that you want to bring to the world. You are supremely talented (even though sometimes you don’t fully recognise it). There is just one thing....
YOU WANT TO CREATE CHANGE BUT YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED YOUR ENERGY CONSCIOUSNESS
You are trying to fit your big vision into an outdated way of thinking. Your vision is bigger than the level of thinking that old leadership and business paradigms allow.
You are still 'fitting' in, shrinking yourself so that you are appropriate and respectable.
Your big change vision, that amazing mission you have to bring to the world needs an alignment of consciousness.
You have been amazing at making it all work but let's be honest it is no longer working for you.
That exhaustion is no longer a badge of honour but it is an adrenal nightmare and no number of Prada handbags is going to make up for the shit you feel when you are again watching mediocre leaders impacting the spaces and places you are in.
I know you feel this deeply. You do have a big mission for change and the world DOES need what you have to offer. It needs your passion and your vision, your thought leadership, your transparency and your truth...............change in the world actually depends on it.
There is just one thing.
Here is some truth....
You ready?
You can't build change in a system that was never built for you
(or any other womxn).
The way you see the world and the circumstances that have led you to know deep in your being that you must bring a change to the world, is exactly what is needed.
I also know you are exhausted and you are wondering can you really do this. Are you really up for all this work and even more exhaustion......
Here is the thing, working these systems has taken it's toll. I know this is one of the main reasons you want to bring your big vision of change to life.
It has been exhausting doing what you thought was best, and what you have seen countless womxn do as well.
However years of you shutting down your true nature has taken a toll.
You have focussed on building a little more competence or saying if you work a little bit harder you will be able to do the great work you really want to. STOP!
This system you have been working is NOT what will bring your big vision to life.
Your vision needs a change in system.
One that will bring less exhaustion and more magic
Yes, I said magic.
I know you have left toxic relationships and situations and that you are committed to living in your divine nature. The problem is you are not seeing the traction you thought you would.
The Divine Feminine has been great for your healing and your focus but how is it working for creating change in the wider world for you?
I am guessing it is not.
There is a reason for that.
As I said before, the system you are used to working in, divine feminine on side or not, does not support the change you want to bring to the world.
Your vision is bigger than your current operating system
So what do we do about that? Keep working the exhaustion model or shift the model?
This is what I know for sure. If you truly want to be a divine leader of change, if you want to influence the spaces you take up then you have to stop leaving your true nature and talent outside the door. It’s time for you to be the Influential Womxn in the room.
It is time for your mission to raise the vibration of your voice.
It is time for you to change the world. No biggie.
